​Ma Belle, My Beauty explores the intimate re-encounter between two former lovers of a polyamorous triad. Bertie, an esteemed New Orleans vocalist, has recently married French trumpet player, Fred, and moved with him to southern France, where, to Fred's distress, she’s since been uninspired and refusing to sing.

​Lane, the quirky ex of their past imploded polyamorous relationship, shows up hoping to get Bertie back in the swing of things. It seems time has not healed all wounds, but old passions suddenly simmer to the surface when Lane takes interest in another woman.
